At JUBO KIDS™, all products are made-to-order.

Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for verified production errors.
